17th Annual Indiana AIDS Walk & Ride!

Join or sponsor the HRC Indiana team in the 17th annual Indiana AIDS Walk & Ride! In 2006, over 1,000 people participated in the walk/ride, raising $180,000!

More about the event:
The walk/ride is a benefit for the Indiana AIDS Fund to raise money for HIV impacted Hoosiers and the agencies that serve them throughout Indiana. Through a rigorous, competitive grant process, the agencies are awarded funds to provide their clients with direct care, financial assistance, housing, prevention, medications, and more. All of the money raised from the walk/ride goes back into communities through the Indiana AIDS Fund's Gregory R. Powers Direct Emergency Financial Assistance (DEFA) program, which provides essential needs out of reach for persons with AIDS such as food, clothing, rent, utilities, and medications.

11:00 am - 1:30 pm - registration
1: 45 - 10K bike ride begins
2: 00 - 5K walk steps off
